Payment is due at the time of session or before. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, check, or cash.
Individual or Relationship Therapy Session
Abigail Weissman, Psy.D. $230 per session
Camilla Williams, Ph.D. $225 per session
Group Therapy Session (more than 5 people who don't know each other before meeting at Waves):
$225-250 per individual session
$50 per group session, per group person
Each session includes about 45 minutes of clinical time.
Documentation and other out of session clinical time (including but not limited to, coordination of care, writing letters) is rounded up to 15 minute increments:
Abigail Weissman, Psy.D. $77 per 15 minute increment, rounded up
Camilla Williams, Ph.D. $75 per 15 minute increment, rounded up
All clinical work is done in person unless a phone or telemental health session is pre-arranged.
Lower fee slots
We each allocate one to two appointments a week for clients who need a lower fee. We do this through Open Path. Please see Dr. Camilla Williams and Dr. Abigail Weissman's Open Path listings to see our current availability. Neither Dr. Camilla Williams nor Dr. Abigail Weissman have any open path availabilities at this time.
Staff Training(s) fees:
Rates fluctuate depending on number and duration of presentation(s), location of training(s), and topic(s).
Local trainings are $230 per hour of presentation, prep time, and travel time.
Consultation fees:
Individual Consultation:
Dr. Abi Weissman: The investment for each 45 minute consultation session is $230.
Dr. Camilla Williams: The investment for each 45 minute consultation session is $225.
Group Consultation:

Insurance:
Waves' strongly encourages that clients call their health insurance company to confirm their insurance company's policies in regards to working with Waves' clinicians. Waves’ is continuing to leave insurance companies’ networks and plans on being out of network of all insurance companies by late-2019.
Please note that both Dr. Weissman and Dr. Williams are willing to furnish client with receipts that she/he/they can then submit to her/his/their insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Clients need to pay for services at the time of their session.
Cancellation policies
Sessions cancelled fewer than 24 hours before session time and no-shows are charged the full session fee.
