Individual Therapy

You want a space to focus on your concerns in a one-therapist one-client space. Perhaps you want to feel less depressed or more at peace.  Maybe you long to figure out how your religionyour gender identity and/or sexual orientation, your race, disability, and your relationship(s) fit together. Perhaps you dream of making your ADHD work for you and not against you. Individual therapy with a Waves' clinician means being heard, seen, and believed.

Group Therapy

Waves' clinicians feel that Group Therapy is a powerful way to help individuals while building or maintaining community. Each group we facilitate will have educational components, skill building, and lots of support while connecting with others. We are excited to show you the power of groups! Group therapy with a Waves' clinician means being heard, seen, and believed.

Partner(s) Therapy

Relationship Therapy with a Waves' therapist provides a welcoming space for partner(s) to work on their relational difficulties. Polyamorous, open-relationship, and monogamously - affirming therapists. We are especially sensitive to topics such as:

  • When partner(s) come out as trans.

  • When partner(s) have ADHD or other mental health disorder(s)

  • Multifaith, inter-religious, &/or multiracial couples wanting to work out their cultural expectations of their relationships

  • When partner(s) have a chronic illness

Partner(s) therapy with a Waves' clinician means being heard, seen, and believed.
