We are very excited to have Dr. Melissa James on the Waves' team. She is our Director of Operations (DOO) and works behind the scenes to support our San Diego company. She brings a keen organizational sense, ethical practice (and the theory behind it), years of teaching and management and a general awesomeness. Plus, she’s got a great sense of humor, a scholarly background, and is a brilliant feminist and social justice - oriented mind. Oh and she’s incredibly queer and trans - affirming too!
