Enough is enough. . .
It's time to reduce the shame and stigma around having ADHD and being a psychotherapist.
There are a lot of us out there - mental health therapists who have ADHD. We often struggle with paperwork when others can seemingly just get it done.
Let's connect!
I'm Abi and I'm starting a consultation group for clinicians with ADHD.
Here are some topics that we will address and share resources around:
-messy desks and seemingly endless organizational challenges.
-stigma around taking medication
-sleep irregularities
-balancing business and family relationships
-feeling behind and/or worried about passing that next practicum or internship.
-deciding if accommodations are right for you
-keeping up with paperwork
-struggling with lateness, for your clients, and well, for everything
You are not alone in any of this.
We all struggle to keep our heads above water at times. This consultation group will incorporate practical tools and guidance to manage having ADHD as a clinician.
